Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using the Fen application (the "App") and/or the FEN VPN subscription service (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Service.
2. The App
Fen is a VPN client for proxy servers built on the Xray core. The App itself is free. To connect, you need a subscription or a server configuration — either a FEN VPN subscription purchased via the Telegram bot @fenvpnrobot, or your own compatible servers.
3. FEN VPN subscription
- A subscription grants access to the Service's servers for the selected period and number of devices.
- Price, duration and plan details are shown in the bot before payment.
- The subscription link is for personal use. Sharing it beyond your device limit is not allowed.
- We may offer free trials, promo codes and discounts under the terms of each specific offer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the laws of your country and not to use the App or the Service for:
- distributing malware, spam or phishing;
- attacking networks or services (DDoS, scanning, intrusion);
- infringing the rights of others, including intellectual property;
- any other unlawful activity.
If these rules are violated, we may restrict or terminate access to the Service without a refund.
5. Refunds
If the Service does not work through our fault and support could not resolve the issue, contact support and we will consider a refund for the unused period. Refunds are made using the original payment method. The Fen App is free, so refunds do not apply to the App itself.
6. Availability
We aim to keep servers stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, provider outages and third-party restrictions may occur. We may change the set of servers and locations.
7. Disclaimer
The App and the Service are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The names "Fen" and "FEN VPN", the logos and the App design belong to their owner. You may not use them in the name, description, domain or advertising of your own products without written permission.
9. Data
The App does not collect browsing history or traffic contents. What data is processed and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the App and the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
