Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This Policy explains what data is processed when you use the Fen application (the "App") and the FEN VPN subscription service (the "Service"), why it is processed, and how you can control it. The App and the Service are provided "as is".

By using the App or the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

VPN data

Fen is a VPN client: it connects to the servers listed in the subscription or configuration you add. You can use the App with a FEN VPN subscription or with your own compatible servers.

Data processed by the App

Crash reports and diagnostics. The App may send anonymous technical crash data: number of crashes, stack traces, App and OS version. This data helps us fix bugs and cannot be used to identify you.

Device identifier (HWID) and device model. When requesting the subscription URL (for example, to fetch the server list), the App sends a unique device identifier, the device model and OS version in HTTP headers. The subscription provider uses this to enforce the device limit of your plan and to show your list of devices.

Push token. If you allow notifications, the App stores a push token required to deliver notifications to your device.

Settings and configurations (subscriptions, servers, routing rules) are stored locally on your device.

FEN VPN Service data

Subscriptions are purchased via the Telegram bot @fenvpnrobot. To provide the subscription, the Service stores:

Payments are processed by payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details.

Purposes

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may only be shared with:

Advertising and tracking

The App shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs or trackers that follow you across other apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Service data is kept while you have a subscription and for a reasonable period after it ends so that you can renew it. App data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

How to delete your data. Message our support at @fen_support and ask to delete your account. We will delete data linked to your Telegram account within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where required by law.

Children's privacy

The App and the Service are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections, restricted access and storing only what is necessary. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Third-party links

The App and this website may link to third-party services such as Telegram or payment pages. We do not control them and recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Changes take effect upon publication.
